It may be surprising to discover that the renowned travel writer Pico Iyer thinks that sitting quietly in a room might be the ultimate travel adventure.   2. Thank you for posting. I started taking meditating seriously again a couple of weeks ago after a long time. This has been a good reminder of the benefits and why I should try to keep it up!
