Although they’ve been disappearing at an alarming rate lately due to heavyhanded budget cutting, nearly 1,000 bookmobiles still range wild and free throughout the United States bringing essential library services to folks who cannot access brick and mortar libraries. So hoorary for the bookmobile, long may they roam.
