It’s Elementary

Arthur Conan Doyle’s fictional detective Sherlock Holmes first appeared in print almost 127 years ago. The subsequent novels and short stories inspired more than 200 films and television series. The recent legal ruling in the United States on Sherlock Holmes copyright suggests that we can expect an avalanche of work inspired by the iconic sleuth in the future.
