Cut, Carved, and Folded

Australian artist Nicholas Jones has been carving, cutting, and folding abandoned books for more than a decade in Melbourne. His dramatically transformed discarded books of all kinds can be found in museums and galleries around the world. And even though I still cringe at the sight of a sliced and diced antiquarian volume, I’m a big fan of Jones’ work. You can see more of his book sculptures and find out where his next shows will be at his website Bibliopath.
