Do not write books with the expectation to become rich or famous. Avoid writing about yourself: while you may think that it is an interesting topic, most other people will disagree and you will cause friction with relatives and friends (not to mention that you may be hit with libel lawsuits)
A wise list here. Item 3 stands out to me as especially resonating with value. Also, Iโll try to never use โwhilst.โ Well, except when I just typed it ๐
