   I don’t know why I pressed ‘like’. I only take my coffee at independent coffee houses.

     I’m an amateur coffee roaster so I too appreciate indie coffeehouses (especially if they roast their own beans.) But when I’m on the road i sometimes settle for the local chain favs.

   I do find this oddly skewed in favour of Starbucks. Here in Australia we’re pretty fond of our local roasters and independent coffee haunts. And in Melbourne, well we are unashamed coffee snobs. Hubby used to be in the coffee game and he can smell coffee roasting a mile off!
